These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FitForge website and services at fitforge.nanocorp.app (the "Service") operated by FitForge ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or purchasing from the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before completing a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. The Product

FitForge sells personalized fitness plan documents delivered exclusively in PDF format ("Digital Products"). These are digital goods — there is no physical delivery, no shipping, and no tangible item associated with any purchase.

Your PDF plan is generated based on the intake information you provide (goals, height, weight, training experience) and delivered to the email address you specify, typically within minutes of purchase.

2. Purchases and Payment

• All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details.
• Your purchase is complete and your plan is generated once payment is successfully confirmed by Stripe.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

3. Refund Policy

Because FitForge products are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final by default. However, we stand behind our product with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny refunds where we determine the policy is being abused.

4. License to Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use your PDF plan for your own personal fitness purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share your plan with third parties for commercial gain.
• Copy or reproduce the plan content for publication without our written permission.
• Use the content to create competing products or services.

5. Not Medical Advice

You are solely responsible for your fitness and health decisions. Before beginning any new exercise program or making significant changes to your diet, consult a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.

FitForge is not responsible for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from following the plans or advice provided through the Service.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or 16 if in a jurisdiction where that is the minimum age of digital consent).
• The information you provide in the intake form is accurate and truthful.
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where we hold your contact information.
